Service purchase terms and conditions
By purchasing any service, program, or coaching from LBL Relationship Coaching, you agree to the following important terms and conditions.

| All quotes are non-binding and subject to change until payment is received and the service is confirmed. |
| Payment |

| Payment is required in full or via agreed payment plan before services begin. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. |
| Delivery of services |

| Coaching sessions, programs, and digital services are delivered according to the agreed schedule. Timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted as needed. Access to digital content may be time-limited depending on the program. |
| Cancellations & rescheduling |

| Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable notice at our discretion. |
| No refund policy |

| For digital and coaching services, a strict no-refund policy applies once access or services have been initiated. |
