Clarity. Expectations. Real Answers.
Choosing the right support matters. Below are answers to common questions to help you determine if LBL Relationship Coaching is the right fit for you.
Coaching Explained
What exactly is relationship coaching?
Relationship coaching is a structured, forward-focused process designed to help you identify patterns, improve communication, and make intentional decisions in your relationships. This is not surface-level advice. This is guided, results-driven personal work.
Is this therapy?
No. LBL Relationship Coaching does not provide therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
If you are seeking mental health treatment or diagnosis, a licensed professional is recommended. Coaching is focused on growth, awareness, and action.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely!
LBL Relationship Coaching follows strict confidentiality practices aligned with privacy standards.
Information is only disclosed when required by law, including situations involving harm to self or others.
Will this fix my relationship?
While many clients begin to see positive shifts through this process, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
Results depend on your level of participation, consistency, and willingness to apply the guidance provided. Coaching focuses on your growth and actions, and we cannot control or guarantee the responses or behaviors of others—especially those not participating in the program.
Will this change my partner?
No. This work focuses on your awareness, behavior, and decisions. We are not responsible for the actions or responses of others—especially those not participating in coaching.
Readiness and Fit
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
You’re likely ready if:
- You’re willing to take responsibility for your role
- You’re open to feedback and new perspectives
- You’re ready to apply what you learn
- You want real change—not just temporary relief
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s okay.
This process is designed to assess your readiness. Coaching is most effective when you are prepared to actively participate. If now isn’t the right time, you can always return when you’re ready.
Who is NOT a good fit for this coaching?
This may not be the right fit if you:
- Want quick fixes without effort
- Are unwilling to take personal responsibility
- Expect others to change without changing yourself
- Are not ready to actively engage in the process
Pricing
What does coaching cost?
Investment varies depending on the level of support and program structure. Details are shared after your Coaching Inquiry & Readiness Assessment to ensure alignment before moving forward.
Why isn't pricing listed upfront?
Coaching is not one-size-fits-all. A starting investment is outlined on the Services page; however, the total investment varies based on the level of support required.
The assessment process ensures alignment so that the structure and support provided match your needs, goals, and readiness.
How do refunds work?
Due to the nature of coaching services, sessions and programs are non-refundable once started.
Limited exceptions apply:
- A 50% refund is available for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date
- A 95% refund is available if canceled within 24 hours of initial payment, provided services have not yet begun
All payments are final outside of these conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are processed minus any applicable processing fees.
Scheduling Process and Next Steps

If it’s a strong fit, you’ll receive:
- Next steps
- Program details
- Scheduling and payment options
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or by phone, and scheduled in advance.
How long is a typical Coaching session?
Most coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Shorter 30-minute maintenance sessions may be available as you progress through the coaching process and no longer require full-session support.
How long does coaching last?
The length of coaching depends on your goals and level of support needed. This is discussed after your assessment.
What if I’m running late?
If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other commitments and client appointments.
What happens if I miss a session?
Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
What if I need to reschedule frequently?
Coaching requires consistency to be effective. Frequent rescheduling may impact your progress and disrupt the overall coaching process.
LBL Relationship Coaching reserves the right to limit rescheduling, pause services, or discontinue scheduling until you are able to consistently attend your appointments.
Session times are reserved in advance and may not always be available again, as those time slots could be offered to other clients seeking support.
