My journey into life coaching has been deeply personal. Over time, through both my own experiences and what I’ve witnessed in others, I began to notice a powerful and recurring pattern—so many relationship struggles are rooted in broken or misaligned communication. I saw how people could care deeply for one another, yet still feel unheard, misunderstood, or emotionally disconnected. It became clear to me that communication is more than just words—it’s energy, intention, and the ability to truly see and be seen.

There were moments in my own journey that required me to slow down, reflect, and become more aware of how I was showing up—how I was expressing myself, and how I was receiving others. That awareness became the beginning of real change. I learned that growth isn’t instant. It’s a process. A series of small, intentional shifts that, over time, create something powerful. Little by little, everything begins to realign. That’s the heart behind LBL Relationship Coaching. I help individuals and couples achieve this.

The main reason someone should choose LBL Relationship Coaching is my deeply rooted understanding and personal experience. I have navigated significant communication issues in my own life and have actively worked through them. This means I coach from a place of genuine empathy, experience, and practical insight.
